We know customers love our packaging. It is not only beautiful to open, but also does an excellent job of keeping our jewellery safe when it travels to customers across the globe.

Some clever customers have told us about the many ways they have reused their packaging. From storing batteries, to creating tiny handbags for their grandchildren!

But many people asked us what they could do to recycle it. We've made it easy for you. Simply send it back to us and we'll send you £10 for every full set (green pouch and black box) or £5 for just one item.

If it's in excellent condition, we can reuse the packaging. Otherwise we will sort the recycling for you, either via our business recycling or our suppliers.
