A silver brooch to remember happy walks with 4 special dogs

A brooch for Debra

When Debra contacted me to make a silver brooch featuring her 4 dogs, neither of us realised what an extra special piece of jewellery this would be.

Such a joyful photograph

Debra sent us a photo of her 4 dogs. Sadly only 2 of the dogs were still alive. She wrote:

"The dogs were Left to right in the photo, Lyra, Pantalaimon (known as Pan), Iorek and Seren. We lost Pan in June last year aged 15 1/2, and Iorek this month."

I was immediately struck by this amazing photo and knew it would look fantastic in silver. The dogs look so full of life and happy to be walking in their little pack.

I heard from Debra her brooch now had even more significance

Sadly Iorek had died

"Just to let you know, my brooch arrived today, and I absolutely love it. I ordered it exactly 4 weeks ago today, and sadly, exactly one week later, one of our dogs, Iorek, sadly passed away, so we just have one dog left now, Seren, (the dog on the right of the photo). Thank you so much for immortalising our 4 lovely dogs in silver. I will treasure it always."
