Thanks to all our fabulous customers

Fresh Fleeces have been selling our sheep jewellery online for over a year now, and we really wanted to hear what our customers think of our products and service.  We recently carried out an email survey asking about the Fresh Fleeces experience.

We know inboxes around the country are often flooded with survey requests so we are very pleased so many of you took part.  We were overwhelmed by the number of customers who got in touch to complete the survey, well above the average industry response rate.

Quality is at the heart of all our work and each piece of jewellery is made by one of our experienced silversmiths.  So we were absolutely delighted that over 95% of customers thought their jewellery was high or very high quality.

So many of you commented on our customer service and we are so happy to hear this.  We really do try and go the extra mile to make sure Fresh Fleeces customers are happy.  If anything should go wrong with the service we try our best to leave you with a smile!

We also received some really useful information on other types of jewellery you would like to see.  It's great to hear your ideas for new designs, so do drop us a message if you have some ideas you would like to see in our shop.
